Actual Recipe for Rosemary Sage Marinade

Rosemary Sage Marinade
1/2 Shallot, minced
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1 tbsp finely chopped sage leaves
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
3 minced garlic cloves

Mix all ingredients together and marinate pork or chicken overnight.

Cook in the grill, then serve with roasted red rosemary potatoes and fresh green beans sauteed with shallots in a little butter.
